Introduction to Webex Meeting

Employees were attempting to schedule and host online meetings however, there were many reported instances where employees seemed to be experiencing difficulty with effective use of Webex Meeting technology.  

I met with business leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to explore and review Webex technology offerings and whether there was any existing learning in place.

I then met with a select sampling of employee Webex users who were using Webex Meeting successfully and effectively to host their own Webex Meetings.

I documented all of my findings using OneNote and Word.

I reviewed and analyzed the data.

I used my data and storyboarded an outline for the new Webex Meeting learning course using Microsoft Word for my course outline.

Next, I launched into my own Webex Meeting and used it to create meeting examples.  As I created my examples of Webex Meetings I gathered screen captures, pasted them into PowerPoint slides and edited each one to illustrate each example.  I used my examples to design and create a storyboard for the learning course in MS PowerPoint.

I then, added narration scripting for each one of my slides.

Lastly, after my outline, storyboard and scripting were created, I used them as the baseline to create a new Instructional Guide document using MS Word.
